Qualificações

• Level 3 qualification in Mechanical Engineering is required.
• A teaching qualification or willingness to work towards it is needed.
• GCSE Maths (4-9) or equivalent level 2 required, demonstrate ability if not yet achieved.

Responsabilidades

• Teach on courses specified by management.
• Deliver high learning value and efficient programmes; lead on innovation.
• Monitor students' academic progress and wellbeing, provide guidance.
• Respond to student voice and act as stakeholder in learning.
• Help students develop vocational and employability skills.
• Participate in enrolment, monitoring, profiling and assessment.
• Develop and promote links with employers/industry partners.
• Create engaging programmes exposing students to real-life work.
