Bradford College is seeking an inspiring Curriculum Team Leader to drive Community Learning within the Adult Skills Department. You will lead a team, collaborate with community organisations and partners, and develop high-quality learning opportunities that empower diverse communities.

The role requires a strong educational leader with a focus on learner progression, curriculum innovation and outstanding learning experiences. Interviews are scheduled in late October/early November.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or professional qualification required.
• A recognised teaching qualification required.
• GCSE 4-9 (Maths) or equivalent level 2; willing to pass a test pre-interview and achieve within timescale.
• GCSE 4-9 (English) or equivalent level 2; willing to pass a test pre-interview and achieve within timescale.
• Experience in managing curriculum delivery within Adult Education and in course development.

Responsabilités

• Manage performance of courses in curriculum areas, focusing on enrolment, retention and achievement targets; teaching quality; staff development; equality and diversity targets.
• Maintain records, registers, timetables and MIS data for internal and external reporting.
• Ensure effective Initial Advice and Guidance and data interrogation to support outcomes.
• Lead the curriculum team and support HoD and Curriculum Area Manager.
• Undertake teaching as agreed and contribute to business development and cross-college marketing activities.
