Learn Devon is seeking an energetic Curriculum Officer to lead and develop a high‑quality curriculum for adults and communities across Devon. You will bring tutors, learners, employers and partners together, using local intelligence and clear standards to create learning that is inclusive, relevant and responsive.

This hands‑on leadership role supports tutors and learning staff, builds strong partnerships and keeps a sharp focus on quality, performance and positive learner outcomes.

Formación

• Plan and manage an innovative curriculum for adults and communities across Devon.
• Lead, motivate and develop tutors and support staff across dispersed locations.
• Collaborate with awarding bodies to evidence high-quality provision from Entry to Level 4.
• Use performance information and learner feedback to improve participation and outcomes.
• Champion teaching, learning and assessment with robust quality assurance.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and manage an innovative curriculum that responds to local needs across Devon.
• Lead, motivate and develop tutors and support staff in online and community settings.
• Work with awarding bodies to evidencing high-quality provision from Entry to Level 4.
• Use performance data and feedback to improve participation, retention and progression.
• Ensure safeguarding, equality, diversity and inclusion embedded throughout.
