Job summary

Loughborough College is seeking a Curriculum Head in Foundation Learning to lead the Foundation Learning and Specialist provision team at Church End, Wiltshire. With over 200 full-time learners, the role covers SEN provision, ESOL for 16–18s, and delivery of Level 1 foundation learning programmes and related curriculum design.

You will manage a team of lecturers, raise quality metrics, mentor staff, and collaborate with external partners to maximise progression opportunities for learners.
