Job summary

Loughborough College Group in the West Midlands is seeking a Curriculum Head for Foundation Learning to lead a team delivering SEN provision, ESOL for 16-18s, and Level 1 foundation learning programmes, with over 200 full-time learners. You will manage lecturers and tutors, drive teaching excellence, develop curriculum design, and collaborate with external partners to maximise progression opportunities.

The permanent, full-time role offers a salary of £44,912 to £48,655 per annum plus benefits

Qualifications

• Experience in managing SEN provision.
• Significant teaching and assessment experience in specialist provision.
• Ability to lead and motivate teams to meet targets.
