Job summary

Loughborough College is seeking a Curriculum Head in Foundation Learning to lead the Foundation Learning and Specialist provision, including SEN and ESOL 16-18 programmes. You will manage a team of lecturers, drive teaching excellence, and develop curriculum design and delivery.

You will coordinate with internal and external partners to meet learner needs, achieve targets, and maximise progression opportunities across campuses.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing SEN provision.
• Significant experience in teaching and assessing on specialist provision.
• Ability to lead and coordinate teams to meet challenging targets.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding leadership of Foundation Learning and Specialist provision.
• Develop quality metrics, teaching and learning, curriculum design and delivery.
• Collaborate with external stakeholders and cross-college departments to coordinate services for learners and staff.
