Job summary

Loughborough College Group is seeking a Curriculum Head in Foundation Learning to lead the Foundation Learning and Specialist provision team at Tollbar End. With over 200 full time learners, the team includes SEN provision, ESOL for 16-18 year olds, and Level 1 foundation learning delivery.

You will manage a dedicated team of lecturers and tutors to drive teaching and learning, curriculum design, and delivery excellence, developing staff and learners’ progression opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing SEN provision.
• Significant experience in teaching and assessing on specialist provision.
• Proven ability to lead and coordinate teams to meet targets.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Foundation Learning and Specialist provision team.
• Drive teaching, learning, curriculi design and delivery improvements.
• Collaborate with external stakeholders and cross-college departments to support learners and staff.
• Motivate and develop staff to deliver excellence and progression opportunities.
