Qualifikationen

Aufgaben

• Processing and recording staff absence, arranging cover and being the primary point of contact for cover staff and supply agencies.
• Completion of statistical information and returns.
• Set up and maintain assessments to include both summative and ad hoc assessments.
• Coordinating and producing student reports.
• Be willing to undertake training for timetabling software with a view to supporting the writing of our timetable.
• Liaise and communicate with staff, pupils, parent and external agencies clearly and professionally.
• Undertake any other administrative duties as required, e.g. data entry, reprographics, typing and filing.
