Job summary

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly upon arrival and assist with the rental process from start to finish.
• Delivery and collection of vehicles across the region.
• Provide information about vehicle options, rental rates, and add-ons such as insurance and GPS systems.
• Process rental agreements accurately and ensure documentation is complete.
• Conduct vehicle inspections before and after rental periods and explain return procedures.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
• Follow company policies regarding vehicle maintenance, safety, and security.
