COREcruitment Ltd is seeking a Communications Community Manager for a prestigious cultural venue in central London. You will own the organisation's voice, engage audiences, and build lasting relationships across members and supporters.

This hands-on role combines strategic planning with writing emails, updating the website and coordinating newsletters, while collaborating with PR and partners to deliver a consistent narrative across channels.

Qualificações

• Experience in hospitality, nightlife, culture, arts or experience-led brands.
• Hands-on with communications; able to write emails, update websites and respond to members.
• Strong written communication and tone of voice; can write for diverse audiences.
• Experience managing sizeable customer or membership databases and emails.
• Understanding of culture and contemporary audiences.

Responsabilidades

• Own and develop the organisation's overall community communications approach.
• Manage communications across newsletters, invitations, updates and announcements.
• Develop clear communications for different audiences and membership levels.
• Protect and evolve a distinctive tone of voice across all channels.
• Manage inbound community communications and respond to inquiries.
• Engage with existing members and develop communications for new audiences.
• Coordinate website content and keep information current and engaging.
• Support social media communications and content where appropriate.
• Collaborate with PR and partners to ensure a consistent narrative.
• Develop communications around events, programming and partnerships.
• Use audience insight to improve communications and become a trusted internal authority.
