• Own and develop the organisation’s overall community communications approach
• Manage communications across a growing email database and newsletters
• Develop clear communications for different audiences and membership levels
• Protect and evolve a distinctive tone of voice across channels
• Coordinate website content and online communications
• Support social media and PR to maintain a consistent narrative
• Engage with members and new audiences to build lasting relationships
• Use data to understand what resonates and improve communications
