Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience developing and delivering internal and external communications strategies.
• Strong written communication and content creation for diverse audiences.
• Experience delivering employee engagement initiatives and gathering meaningful feedback.
• Understanding of organisational culture, equality, diversity and inclusion.
• Experience managing campaigns and multiple projects simultaneously.
• Confident with senior stakeholders and influencing across levels of the business.
• Analytical approach using engagement data to drive improvements.
• Ability to handle sensitive information and challenging conversations professionally.
• Qualification in Communications, Marketing, HR, Business or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver internal and external communications and employee engagement strategies.
• Create communications plans, campaigns and engaging content for different audiences.
• Manage internal communication channels, including newsletters, intranet updates, employee briefings and business announcements.
• Support senior leaders with clear and consistent communications across the organisation.
• Develop employee engagement initiatives, surveys, focus groups and feedback opportunities.
• Analyse employee feedback and engagement data to identify trends and recommend improvements.
• Support equality, diversity and inclusion initiatives and embed inclusive practices across the business.
• Plan and coordinate employee events, recognition activities and engagement campaigns.
• Manage external communications, media relationships and PR agency activity.
• Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Support communications around organisational change and sensitive business developments.
• Monitor effectiveness of initiatives and produce reports and recommendations.
