Senior Sous Chef | Full Time

As a Senior Sous Chef, you will be an inspiring leader, fostering a positive environment for your team and guests. You will support continuous coaching and development of your team, driving restaurant performance, and achieving excellent results.

What You Bring |

  • Focus on creating a caring, supportive environment, celebrating successes, and nurturing talent through coaching and development.
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences and maintaining high standards in food preparation.
  • Experience in maintaining food, health, and safety standards, and understanding kitchen financials such as gross profit, stock control, and labour costs.
  • Ability to build a coaching culture, working closely with the Head Chef on recruitment and ongoing development.
  • Problem-solving skills with the ability to think quickly and make decisions on the spot.
