Senior Sous Chef | Full Time

The role |

As a Senior Sous Chef, you will be an inspirational leader, fostering a positive environment for your team and guests. You will support continuous coaching and development of your team, driving restaurant performance and delivering excellent results.

  • Focus on creating a positive environment where your team feels cared for and supported, celebrating successes and nurturing talent.
  • Are dedicated to providing an excellent guest experience, ensuring every dish meets high standards.
  • Ensure food, health, and safety standards are maintained, and understand the financial aspects of running a kitchen, including gross profit, stock control, and labour costs.
  • Build a coaching culture within your team, working with your head chef on recruitment and development.
  • Are a proactive problem solver, capable of making quick decisions.

  • Experience leading a kitchen team as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills, with a caring and considerate approach.
  • Experience maintaining high food, health, and safety standards.
