Senior Sous Chef | Full Time

The role:

As a Senior Sous Chef, you will be an inspirational leader, creating a positive environment for your team and guests. You will support continuous coaching and development of your team to achieve their best, while driving restaurant performance and delivering exceptional results.

What you do:

  • Create a caring and supportive environment, celebrating successes and nurturing talent within your team.
  • Ensure an excellent guest experience by maintaining high standards in food preparation and safety.
  • Manage kitchen standards, including health and safety, and understand financial performance aspects like gross profit, stock control, and labour costs.
  • Build a coaching culture, working with your Head Chef to recruit and develop your team.
  • Be a proactive problem solver, making quick and effective decisions.

  • Strong communication skills, with a caring and considerate approach.
