Qualifications

• Proven operations, production, or general management experience in food production, contract catering, hospitality, or a time-critical, regulated environment.
• Lead and develop kitchen, packing, and delivery teams; optimize staff rotas and labour costs.
• Experience managing budgets, margins, stock, and purchasing.
• Highly organized, calm under pressure, and confident dealing with clients.
• Establish SOPs, implement digital operational tools, and track KPIs.
• Level 3 Food Safety minimum.
• Full UK driving licence required.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end operational responsibility including people, processes, suppliers, compliance, and cost.
• Ensure safe, compliant, profitable, and on-time delivery of quality food for clients.
• Build systems to support rapid growth and scalable operations.
