Responsibilities

• Prepare delicious, high-quality food for clients and customers
• Identify opportunities to improve our food service
• Support and train teams, lead from the front

• Order food, manage stock, and control waste
• Oversee catering operations, inventories and action plans
• Manage budgets and meet financial targets
• Implement and review Health & Safety standards across teams
