Job summary

Aramark at RAF Woodvale seeks a Chef Manager to lead a catering operation serving military personnel, students and visitors. You will drive food production, service and stock control, while upholding safety standards and recipes across a 150-cover operation.

With NVQ Level 3 Culinary and strong leadership, you will inspire your team, manage costs and maintain high food quality. UK work rights and DBS vetting are required.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 Culinary or equivalent.
• Strong numeracy and understanding of health and safety legislation.
• Ability to pass Security Vetting and DBS checks.
• Excellent communication and team leadership skills.
• Creativity, flexibility and passion for great food.

Responsibilities

• Lead food production, menu delivery, service, stock control and ordering.
• Maintain high food standards for up to 150 covers per service.
• Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety policies and company guidelines.

• Manage the unit’s financial performance and menu cycles.

What you’ll do:
