Job summary

Compass Group UK&I, ESS, is recruiting an ambitious Chef for Defence on a full-time contract of 37.5 hours per week. You will prepare and serve high-quality food while supporting menu changes and maintaining brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare high-quality food that delights clients and customers.
• Oversee and implement menu changes.
• Identify opportunities to improve food services.
• Respond to customer feedback to improve services.
• Support creation of new menus and concepts.
• Represent Defence and maintain a positive brand image.
• Monitor inventories to keep kitchens well-stocked.
• Oversee kitchen cleaning to maintain hygiene standards.
• Comply with food handling, hygiene and safety regulations.
