Avanti, a leading B2B SaaS company, is seeking a CTO/Software Engineering Manager to lead a distributed team of about 15 engineers. You will shape the technical direction, improve delivery, and drive AI adoption across the software development lifecycle.

You will collaborate with product and senior stakeholders to modernize the platform, remove bottlenecks, and foster a culture of continuous learning and excellence within the engineering organization.

Qualificações

• Extensive experience in a senior software engineering or technical leadership role in B2B SaaS.
• Proven track record leading distributed engineering teams and mentoring.
• Proficiency with Agile, CI/CD, and cloud-based architectures.
• Experience implementing AI/ML solutions within software development.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage a distributed software engineering team.
