Avanti, a leading B2B SaaS company, is seeking a CTO/Software Engineering Manager to lead a distributed team of about 15 engineers. You will shape the technical direction, improve delivery, and drive AI adoption across the software development lifecycle.

You will collaborate with product and senior stakeholders to modernize the platform, remove bottlenecks, and foster a culture of continuous learning and excellence within the engineering organization.
