Job summary

Thames Valley Police is seeking a CT Case Officer to work within the Counter Terrorism Unit in the South East. The role focuses on case management, partnership engagement and safeguarding, with travel across the South East and potentially the UK.

A full UK driving license and SC vetting clearance are required. Ideal candidates will have strong communication skills and a proactive, investigative mindset to mitigate radicalisation risks and support local criminal justice and counter-terrorism

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and proven risk management ability.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Security vetting requirements (SC) and British National with UK residence in past five years.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate CT casework and partnerships.
• Assess cases for Local Authority led management within Channel Panel.
• Coordinate risk management across organisations to mitigate public risk.
• Support intelligence development and disruption efforts where appropriate.
