Job summary

Clearfield Recruitment are looking for skilled and experienced 10x CSCS Racking Installers for an upcoming industrial project in Trafford Park. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in assembling and installing various types of industrial storage and pallet racking systems safely, efficiently, and to high structural standards.

On-site work will follow technical drawings and site safety rules, with a focus on meeting deadlines and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Experience in industrial racking installation.
• Valid CSCS Card is mandatory; additional qualifications like SEMA, IPAF, or PASMA are desirable.
• Reliable, physically fit and able to work well within a team.
• Must provide own PPE (safety boots, hard hat, high-visibility jacket).

Responsibilities

• Assembling and installing industrial pallet racking, cantilever racking, and shelving systems from drawings.
• Securing structures safely to floors and ensuring uprights are plumb, level, and braced.
• Handling materials and working efficiently to meet project deadlines.

• Complying fully with site health and safety regulations at all times.

Candidate Requirements

• Experience: Previous experience in industrial racking installation.
• Certifications: Valid CSCS Card is mandatory. Additional qualifications like SEMA, IPAF, or PASMA are highly desirable.
• Work Ethic: Reliable, physically fit, and able to work well within a team environment.
• Safety Gear: Must provide your own standard PPE (safety boots, hard hat, high-vis vest/jacket).
