Job summary

Clearfield Recruitment Limited is recruiting a team of CSCS Installation Operatives for a major industrial fit-out project in Tilbury. The role covers dismantling existing structures, assisting with flooring installation, and applying finishing touches to get the facility ready for operation.

You will join a 15-strong on-site crew performing racking dismantling, 5S flooring work, manual handling, signage and wayfinding, and basic hand-tool tasks.

Qualifications

• Valid CSCS card required for site access.
• Experience on construction, warehouse fit-out or industrial installation sites.

Responsibilities

• Racking dismantling and removal.
• 5S flooring assistance: preparation, cleaning and installation.
• Manual handling of materials and equipment.
• Signage and wayfinding installation.
• Hand tool usage to assemble or adjust fixtures.
