Job summary

Clearfield Recruitment Limited is recruiting a team of CSCS Installation Operatives for a major industrial fit-out project in Tilbury. The role covers dismantling existing structures, assisting with flooring installation, and applying finishing touches to get the facility ready for operation.

You will join a 15-strong on-site crew performing racking dismantling, 5S flooring work, manual handling, signage and wayfinding, and basic hand-tool tasks.

Qualifications

• Valid CSCS card required for site access.
• Experience on construction, warehouse fit-out or industrial installation sites.

Job description

We are currently recruiting a team of 15x CSCS Installation Operatives for a major industrial fit-out project in Tilbury. This project involves general warehouse reconfiguration, including dismantling existing structures, assisting with specialized flooring installation, and completing finishing touches to prepare the facility for operation.

Key Responsibilities

• Racking Dismantling: Safely take down and clear existing industrial pallet racking and storage systems.
• 5S Flooring Assistance: Assist trade specialists with the preparation, cleaning, and installation of 5S industrial floor markings and coatings.
• Manual Handling: Move materials, components, and equipment efficiently and safely around the site.
• Signage & Wayfinding: Install safety notices, floor stickers, directional signs, and wall-mounted compliance signage.
• Hand Tool Usage: Use basic hand tools and light battery-powered equipment to assemble, fix, or adjust fixtures as required.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Valid CSCS Card: Essential for site access and health & safety compliance.
• Experience: Previous experience working on construction, warehouse fit-out, or industrial installation sites
