Job summary

Clearfield Recruitment Limited is seeking an experienced CSCS Semi-Skilled Labourer to join a major industrial fit-out project in Bristol. This long-term temporary role runs through to January.

You will move materials, assemble cages and shelving, and assist with site setup, while maintaining a clean, safe work area and following instructions within a fast-paced team.

Qualifications

• CSCS card required for site access.
• Experience as a semi-skilled labourer or trades assistant on large industrial projects.
• Ability to use hand and power tools for assembly work.
• Physically fit, reliable and able to follow instructions in a fast-paced team.

Job description

We are currently seeking an experienced CSCS Semi-Skilled Labourer to join a major industrial fit-out project in Bristol.

• Moving and distributing building materials, supplies, and equipment safely across various zones of the site.

• Assembly and installation of containment cages, storage units, and related fixtures.

• Assisting with general site setup, preparation, and operational readiness.

• Performing general site maintenance and keeping working areas clear of debris and packaging.

Candidate Requirements

• Card: Valid CSCS card (essential for site access).

• Experience: Previous experience working as a semi-skilled labourer or trades assistant on large-scale industrial, warehousing, or construction projects.

• Skills: Comfortable using hand and power tools for assembly work (such as putting up cages and shelving).

• Attributes: Hard-working, reliable, physically fit, and able to follow instructions effectively within a fast-paced team.
