Job summary

Compass Group UK&I’s ESS division is seeking a dedicated Csa Supervisor to oversee Defence catering operations on a full-time basis, contracted to 35 hours per week. The role focuses on delivering high-quality food and service while supporting and developing teams.

You will monitor KPIs, uphold Health & Safety standards, and represent Defence to protect our brand image across sites. ABasic Food Hygiene certificate and catering experience are essential.

We're currently recruiting a dedicated Csa Supervisor to help ensure the smooth running of the operations in Defence on a full time basis, contracted to 35 hours per week.

Please note: This role is contracted to 50.2 weeks per year

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include

• Preparing delicious food to the highest standards
• Supervising our culinary and catering teams to ensure we continue to deliver impeccable food and customer service
• Communicating regularly with your line manager to monitor KPIs and targets
• Representing Defence and maintaining a positive brand image
• Liaising between customers and our culinary and service teams to ensure we continue to exceed expectations
• Supporting and training our teams, leading from the front to make sure everyone can excel in their role
• Implementing and reviewing Health & Safety standards to ensure compliance across all catering and service teams.

Our Ideal Catering Supervisor Will

• Be passionate about great-tasting food and exceptional customer service
