Job summary

Compass Group UK&I Defence is recruiting an experienced Catering Supervisor in Fareham to oversee all Defence catering and service operations on a full-time basis (35 hours per week, 49.2 weeks per year). You will ensure kitchens and service counters run smoothly and deliver exceptional food experiences with world-class customer service.

You'll lead culinary and catering teams, monitor KPIs, and uphold Health & Safety standards while representing the Compass brand.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of catering experience.
• Experience managing teams in a similar role.
• Hold a Basic Food Hygiene certificate.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Ambitious and motivated to upskill.

We're recruiting an experienced Catering Supervisor who is passionate about exceptional food and world-class customer service, and who can confidently oversee all Compass Group UK&I catering and service operations for Defence on a full time basis, contracted to 35 hours per week.

As a Catering Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring our kitchens and service counters run smoothly and helping to deliver truly incredible food experiences. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Preparing delicious food to the highest standards
