Job summary

Compass Group UK&I Defence is seeking an experienced Catering Supervisor to oversee all catering and service operations on a part-time basis. The role is contracted to 16 hours per week with evening shifts across the week.

You will lead food preparation, supervise teams, monitor KPIs, and ensure exceptional customer service. Two years of catering experience, a Basic Food Hygiene certificate, and strong communication and organisational skills are required; ambition and a willingness to upskill

Responsibilities

• Prepare delicious food to the highest standards.

• Train and support teams, leading from the front.

We're recruiting an experienced Catering Supervisor who is passionate about exceptional food and world-class customer service, and who can confidently oversee all Compass Group UK&I catering and service operations for Defence on a part time basis, contracted to 16 hours per week. As a Catering Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring our kitchens and service counters run smoothly and helping to deliver truly incredible food experiences.
