Job summary

Recruit4staff is recruiting a CSA Foreman for a long-term project in Newcastle upon Tyne. You will oversee day-to-day site activities, coordinate labour, materials and logistics, and monitor progress.

The role includes attending daily stand-up meetings and clear communication with the client and project team. Essential qualifications include experience as a CSA Foreman or similar supervisory role, BIM and construction drawing proficiency, and a CSCS card.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as CSA Foreman or similar site supervisory role.
• Confident working with BIM models and construction drawings.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• HNC or equivalent qualification within Construction, Groundworks, Architecture or related discipline.
• Valid in date CSCS Card.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day site activities, coordinating labour, materials and logistics.
• Monitor project progress and attend daily stand-up meetings.
• Communicate planned activities clearly to client and project team.
• Proactively identify installation issues before they impact the programme.
• Manage installation defects and reporting to support delivery of works.
