Job summary

Matchtech is seeking an experienced CSA Manager for a major data centre fit-out project in London. You will oversee Civil, Structural and Architectural works within a live operational environment, ensuring delivery is safe, compliant, on programme and to the highest quality standards.

The role requires managing CSA works from construction through commissioning and handover, coordinating subcontractors, reviewing drawings, conducting site inspections, and maintaining strong stakeholder

Qualifications

• Experience as CSA Manager or Construction Manager in large projects.
• Strong communication, coordination and stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of Civil, Structural and Architectural packages.
• Experience working in live operational environments or data centres.
• Eligibility to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

Our client is seeking an experienced CSA Manager to join a major data centre fit-out project in London. This contract opportunity involves overseeing Civil, Structural and Architectural works within a fast-paced, live operational environment, ensuring delivery is safe, compliant, on programme and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage CSA works from construction through to commissioning and handover
• Coordinate subcontractors across Civil, Structural and Architectural packages
• Monitor programme milestones and drive progress towards project deadlines
• Review drawings, specifications and technical documentation
• Conduct site inspections and quality audits
• Identify and mitigate project risks, delays and delivery issues
• Collaborate with MEP, commercial and project management teams
• Manage change control, RFIs and site documentation
• Attend client, contractor and coordination meetings

Job Requirements:

• Experience as a CSA Manager, Construction Manager, Site Manager or in an equivalent construction management role
• Strong understanding of Civil, Structural and Architectural construction packages
• Experience managing subcontractors on large-scale construction projects
• Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, programme-driven environments
• Excellent communication, coordination and stakeholder management skills
• Strong knowledge of health and safety legislation and construction best practice
• Experience working on data centre, commercial, pharmaceutical, healthcare, industrial, manufacturing, airport or other technically complex projects
• Eligibility to work in the UK

Desirable Qualifications and Experience:

• Previous experience within data centre or other mission-critical environments
• Understanding of commissioning and handover processes
• Experience working within live operational environments
• SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid qualifications
