Job summary

Morson Edge is seeking an experienced CS&A Engineer to deliver civil and structural design work on long-term contracts in the UK, with roles based in Whitehaven or Warrington and hybrid working.

You will contribute to technical delivery, coordinate surveys, and mentor junior engineers while ensuring compliance with British Standards and CDM regulations. BPSS clearance is required prior to starting.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering or equivalent
• Experience in civil/structural design within regulated industries
• Experience leading projects and managing delivery, programme, budget

Responsibilities

• Deliver civil and structural designs to scope, programme, cost and quality
• Develop and deliver design documents and engineering solutions
• Lead and support projects of varying size and complexity
• Provide technical input to clients and teams
• Coordinate and supervise surveys and data collection
• Support and develop junior engineers and designers
• Chair technical and progress meetings
• Work independently on complex activities
• Ensure compliance with standards and safety regulations
