Acting as a key link between building users and Campus Services teams, you will help ensure some of the University’s highest-profile spaces operate smoothly and provide an excellent customer experience. You’ll coordinate day-to-day activities, respond to facilities issues, and develop your team, while continually looking for opportunities to improve the services we provide.

  • Helping to ensure all areas of the library and surrounding buildings are safe, clean, accessible, operational, and user-friendly. Monitoring feedback, managing faults and issues and escalating as needed.
  • Monitoring outstanding facilities requests, analysing information, and producing reports to highlight uncompleted work.

What will you bring to the role?

  • A full UK driving licence (you will be required to drive university vehicles)
  • The ability to suggest and deliver improvements including developing, interpreting and adapting working procedures.
  • Strong ability to support and develop staff.
