Job summary

Revolut UK is seeking a Regulatory Compliance Manager to advise the business on crypto compliance requirements and related controls. You’ll shape the compliance program to keep our consumer protection practice in line with evolving regulations, supporting fast-paced product launches.

In this role you’ll partner with cross-functional teams, interact with regulators, and help implement policies, training, and monitoring to ensure ongoing regulatory alignment across our crypto offerings.

Qualifications

• Experience in compliance risk management within a consultancy, compliance function, or regulator.
• Understanding of digital asset products.
• Ability to manage multiple projects under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of regulatory gap analysis.
• Familiarity with policy creation and implementation.
• Strong understanding of the interplay between compliance risk and business risk.
• Ability to communicate effectively with regulators and internal teams.
• Multitasking and close attention to detail.
• Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a world-class compliance framework.
• Advise business on crypto compliance requirements.
• Support regulatory licence applications.
• Monitor, test, and report on the effectiveness of regulatory architecture.
• Draft, implement, and roll out compliance plans, frameworks, and policies.
• Advise on product launches to ensure regulatory alignment with local regulations.
• Liaise with regulators.
