Job summary

Revolut is seeking a Regulatory Compliance Manager to safeguard our crypto offerings in the UK. You will shape and deliver our compliance framework, train teams, and support regulator engagements to secure licences and maintain ongoing compliance.

You will advise on crypto regulatory requirements, monitor the architecture's effectiveness, and guide product launches to align with local rules and expectations.

Qualifications

• Experience in compliance risk management within a consultancy, compliance function or regulator.
• Understanding of digital asset products and related regulatory requirements.
• Ability to conduct regulatory gap analysis and develop compliant processes.
• Experience in policy creation and implementation to meet regulations.
• Strong communication with regulators and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Acting as regulatory compliance expert to advise business on crypto compliance requirements.
• Developing and maintaining a world-class compliance framework and training programme.
• Supporting regulatory licence applications and ongoing governance.
• Monitoring, testing, and reporting on the effectiveness of regulatory architecture.
• Drafting and rollout of compliance plans, frameworks, and policies.
• Advising on product launches to ensure local regulatory compliance.
• Interacting with regulators as needed.
