Qualifications

• Experience in compliance risk management within a consultancy, compliance function, or regulator.
• Understanding of digital asset products.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects to deadlines.
• Knowledge of regulatory gap analysis.
• Familiarity with policy creation and implementation.
• Understanding of compliance risk vs business risk.
• Ability to communicate with regulators and internal teams.
• Multitasking skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as the cryptoasset SMF16 in the UK under FCA authorisation and supervision.
• Develop and execute a world-class compliance framework and training programme.
• Support regulatory licence applications.
• Monitor, test, and report on the effectiveness of our regulatory architecture.
• Draft, implement, and roll out compliance plans, frameworks, and policies.
• Advise on product launches to help Operations comply with local regulations.
• Support interactions with regulators.
