Job summary

Revolut is seeking a Regulatory Compliance Manager in the UK to help ensure crypto-related products meet regulatory standards. You will develop and implement a robust compliance framework, advise on licences, and monitor regulatory architecture to safeguard customers and the business.

The role requires experience in compliance risk management, knowledge of digital asset products, and strong collaboration with regulators and cross-functional teams to support product launches and policy execution.

Qualifications

• Experience in compliance risk management within a consultancy, compliance function, or regulator.
• Understanding of digital asset products and related regulatory considerations.
• Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple projects, and meet tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of conducting regulatory gap analysis.
• Experience creating and implementing policy frameworks.
• Understanding of the interplay between compliance risk and business risk.
• Strong communication with regulators and internal teams.
• Strong multitasking and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Acting as the cryptoasset SMF16 in the UK under FCA authorisation and supervision.
• Developing and executing a world-class compliance framework and training programme.
• Supporting regulatory licence applications.
• Monitoring, testing, and reporting on the effectiveness of our regulatory architecture.
• Drafting, implementing, and rolling out compliance plans, frameworks, and policies.
• Participating and advising on product launches, providing expert regulatory advice to support the Operations team to fully comply with local regulations.
• Supporting interactions with regulators.
