Responsibilities

• Act as cryptoasset SMF16 in the UK under FCA authorisation and supervision.
• Develop and implement a world-class compliance framework and training program.
• Support regulatory licence applications and ongoing licence maintenance.
• Monitor, test, and report on regulatory architecture effectiveness.
• Draft, implement, and roll out compliance plans, frameworks, and policies.
• Advise on product launches to ensure full regulatory compliance with local rules.
• Coordinate interactions with regulators.
