Qualifications

• Experience in compliance risk management within a consultancy, compliance function, or regulator.
• Understanding of digital asset products and evolving regulations.
• Ability to manage multiple projects under pressure with strict deadlines.
• Knowledge of regulatory gap analysis and policy implementation.
• Strong communication with regulators and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Act as the cryptoasset SMF16 in the UK under FCA authorisation and supervision.
• Develop and execute a world-class compliance framework and training programme.
• Support regulatory licence applications and regulatory filings.
• Monitor, test, and report on the effectiveness of the regulatory architecture.
• Draft and roll out compliance plans, policies, and controls.
• Advise product launches to ensure full regulatory compliance with local rules.
• Liaise with regulators and external stakeholders as needed.
