Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in compliance risk management within consultancy, compliance function or regulator.
• Understanding of digital asset products.
• Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Acting as the cryptoasset SMF16 in the UK under FCA authorisation and supervision.
• Developing and executing a world-class compliance framework and training programme.
• Supporting regulatory licence applications.
• Monitoring, testing, and reporting on the effectiveness of regulatory architecture.
• Drafting, implementing, and rolling out compliance plans, frameworks, and policies.
• Advising on product launches to ensure full regulatory compliance.
• Interacting with regulators as needed.
