Job summary

Revolut is seeking a Regulatory Compliance Manager to lead crypto compliance and regulatory risk management in the UK. The role focuses on advising the business on crypto compliance requirements, developing policies, and maintaining a robust regulatory framework to support product launches.

Qualifications

• Experience in compliance risk management within consultancy, compliance function, or regulator.
• Understanding of digital asset products.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of regulatory gap analysis.
• Experience creating and implementing policies.
• Ability to communicate with regulators and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Acting as the cryptoasset SMF16 in the UK under FCA authorisation and supervision.
• Developing and executing a world-class compliance framework and training programme.
• Supporting regulatory licence applications.
• Monitoring, testing, and reporting on the effectiveness of our regulatory architecture.
• Drafting, implementing, and rolling out compliance plans, frameworks, and policies.
• Participating and advising on product launches, providing expert regulatory advice to support the Operations team to fully comply with local regulations.
• Supporting interactions with regulators.
