Job summary

Revolut is seeking a Regulatory Compliance Manager to oversee crypto regulatory compliance in the UK and support the FCA authorisation framework. You will build and maintain a world-class compliance program, advise on regulatory requirements, and work with the Operations team to ensure full regulatory alignment.

Key responsibilities include developing compliance frameworks, supporting licence applications, and monitoring regulatory efficacy.

Qualifications

• Experience in regulatory risk management within a consultancy, compliance function, or regulator.
• Understanding of digital asset products and related frameworks.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of regulatory gap analysis processes and methodologies.
• Experience in policy creation and implementation.
• Strong communication with regulators and cross-functional teams.
• Attention to detail and strong analytical abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as a regulatory advisor to the business, ensuring crypto product alignment with FCA requirements.
• Develop and implement a robust compliance framework and training program.
• Support regulatory licence applications and ongoing licensing obligations.
• Monitor, test, and report on the effectiveness of the regulatory architecture.
• Draft, implement, and roll out compliance plans, policies and procedures.
• Advise product launches with regulatory input to ensure local compliance.
• Engage with regulators and maintain proactive regulatory relationships.
