Job summary

Revolut is seeking a Regulatory Compliance Manager in the UK to strengthen our crypto regulatory program. You will guide compliance across digital asset products, assist licence processes, and partner with product, operations, and regulators to maintain strong governance.

The role requires delivering training, updating controls, and ensuring adherence to evolving UK and international rules. Manchester-based, on-site with opportunities for hybrid arrangements.

Qualifications

• Experience in compliance risk management within a consultancy, compliance function, or regulator.
• Understanding of digital asset products and related regulatory requirements.
• Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of regulatory gap analysis and policy implementation.

Responsibilities

• Act as the cryptoasset SMF16 in the UK under FCA authorisation and supervision.
• Develop and implement a world-class compliance framework and training programme.
• Support regulatory licence applications and regulatory reporting.
• Monitor, test, and report on the effectiveness of regulatory architecture.
• Draft and roll out compliance plans and policies.
• Advise on product launches to ensure full regulatory compliance.
• Engage with regulators as needed.
