Job summary

Revolut is seeking a Regulatory Compliance Manager in the UK to guide crypto-asset compliance and regulatory controls across our consumer platform. You will help shape the compliance framework, support licence applications, and work with product teams to ensure regulatory alignment.

You will engage with regulators and build scalable controls while managing multiple initiatives in a fast-paced fintech environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in compliance risk management within a consultancy, compliance function, or regulator.
• Understanding of digital asset products and related regulatory requirements.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of regulatory gap analysis and policy development.

Responsibilities

• Acting as the cryptoasset SMF16 in the UK under FCA authorisation and supervision.
• Developing and executing a world-class compliance framework and training programme.
• Supporting regulatory licence applications.
• Monitoring, testing, and reporting on the effectiveness of the regulatory architecture.
• Drafting, implementing, and rolling out compliance plans, frameworks, and policies.
• Advising on product launches to ensure regulatory compliance across operations.
• Interacting with regulators as needed.
