Job summary

Revolut is seeking a Regulatory Compliance Manager to safeguard our consumer protection practices within the crypto space. You will advise the business on crypto compliance requirements and establish controls to meet regulatory expectations.

You'll build a world-class compliance framework, train teams, and support regulator interactions to navigate evolving UK crypto regulations. This role offers challenging projects in a fast-moving fintech environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in compliance risk management within a consultancy, compliance function, or regulator.
• Understanding of digital asset products.
• Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple projects, and meet tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of regulatory gap analysis.
• Familiarity with policy creation and implementation.
• Understanding interplay between compliance risk and business risk.
• Ability to communicate positively with regulators and internal teams.
• Multitasking with close attention to detail.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Acting as the cryptoasset SMF16 in the UK under FCA authorisation and supervision.
• Developing and executing a world-class compliance framework and training programme.
• Supporting regulatory licence applications.
• Monitoring, testing, and reporting on the effectiveness of our regulatory architecture.
• Drafting, implementing, and rolling out compliance plans, frameworks, and policies.
• Participating and advising on product launches, providing expert regulatory advice to support the Operations team to fully comply with local regulations.
• Supporting interactions with regulators.
