Job summary

Fionics, a crypto-native prop firm, seeks engineers to join its core team in London. Two to four engineers will work on high-impact, production-grade systems, with a clear path from engineering to trading hybrid roles.

You'll ship to production, tackle hard technical problems, and operate in a small, ownership-driven environment with genuine autonomy. On-site London work, strong personal track record required, and experience in C++, Java, C#, or Rust is welcome.

Qualifications

• 2 to 4 years of engineering experience.
• Experience at a tier-1 crypto market maker, crypto prop, or systematic shop preferred.
• Shipping to production, working on technically interesting problems.
• Strong track record through education or work.
