Job summary

Fionics, a crypto-native prop firm, seeks engineers to join its core team in London. Two to four engineers will work on high-impact, production-grade systems, with a clear path from engineering to trading hybrid roles.

You'll ship to production, tackle hard technical problems, and operate in a small, ownership-driven environment with genuine autonomy. On-site London work, strong personal track record required, and experience in C++, Java, C#, or Rust is welcome.

A crypto-native prop firm hiring two to four engineers onto its core team. Six people currently run one of the largest DeFi trading operations in the world, so the leverage per person is unusual.

• Any language except Python. C++, Java, C#, Rust all welcome
• Non-compete of 6 months or less
