Durlston Partners in London is seeking a Fullstack Engineer to join a tight-knit team of engineers, quants, and traders. You’ll architect and optimize trading infrastructure, deliver high-impact internal tools, and drive seamless integrations across trading, finance, and compliance.

You will work directly with senior traders and developers, shipping fast while building scalable foundations for a high-frequency crypto trading platform.

Responsibilities

• Build internal tools and improve trading infrastructure across trading, finance, and compliance
• Move fast and think smart to deliver immediate value while laying groundwork for scalable solutions
• Sit with the traders and work directly with the Head of OTC Trading to receive direct feedback
• Shape the company’s future in a small team where every contribution is visible from day one
