Job summary

Edwards invites applications for a Cryo Specialist in Product & Application to join the GV EMEA Customer Centre. You will become the go-to expert for cryogenic pumps, diagnose complex issues, and provide remote and on-site support across Europe, the Middle East and Africa.

With 2+ years in technical support or engineering, you will train colleagues and customers, share knowledge, and work with SAP ERP and MS Office in a collaborative, remote-international team within Atlas Copco.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years' experience in a technical support, engineering, service or applications role.
Engineering background in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Cryogenic Technology, Vacuum Technology, Physics or related field.
Experience with vacuum systems or cryogenic pumps desirable.
Experience delivering technical training to internal and external audiences is an advantage.

Responsibilities

Act as first/second point of contact for aftersales technical enquiries for cryogenic pump systems and equipment.
Own complex technical cases from assessment to resolution, coordinating escalations as needed.
Provide expert technical support on cryogenic pumps across Edwards and Atlas Copco Vacuum brands.
Diagnose complex issues using manuals, drawings, SOPs and P&IDs; support sales, service and teams with guidance and documentation.
Deliver remote technical assistance via digital tools; occasional on-site support.
Develop and deliver training on vacuum tech and cryogenic applications for stakeholders.
Drive continuous improvement and knowledge sharing across the EMEA region.
