Job summary

Nikkiso Clean Energy & Industrial Gases is seeking a Technical Lead Engineer to provide highly technical support to Aftermarket Services customers and field engineers across the Middle East LNG and industrial gases sectors. You will lead troubleshooting, repair and maintenance of cryogenic equipment and act as a technical liaison to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• 5 years minimum related experience.
• Cryogenic equipment experience preferred.
• Reading electrical, mechanical and process blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for NCS Middle East customers, centers, and field service engineers onsite and remotely.
• Develop standard tools and procedures leveraging expertise.
• Assist the sales group with technical and commercial bids as needed.
• Review workshop teardown reports and assist in failure determination.
• Review Field Trouble Reports (FTR) and implement solutions with high quality assurance.
• Provide oversight on Field Service/Field Trouble reports after site services.
• Analyze failures and implement long-term CAR corrections.
• Perform RCA efforts for Middle East products.
• Maximize reliability in aftermarket servicing to minimize downtime.
• Act as technical liaison with product companies for warranties and improvements.
• Provide on-site training to customers to improve troubleshooting and operation.
• Collaborate cross-functionally and with other units.
